Sure, you may do so upon signing a contract with us for 18 months.

5. If I cross my download allocation, will I be charged?

When download limit has been reached, you can choose to have your speed downgraded, or maintain speed and get charged according to usage.

6. Can I buy the mykey device without paying installments?

Yes. By doing so, you will not be charged a monthly installment fee.

7. Can I move around the country and use mykey?

Yes, with our nationwide wireless network, you can go anywhere within our coverage area while using the device.

Yes, you choose the name you want and we will give you 5 different coloured stickers with the name printed on them.

Yes, you may visit any menatelecom outlet and have a sheet printed with your new name for BD 1.

11. Does mykey use WiMAX technology?

Yes, mykey operates on the 4th generation network, which is exactly the same as our other WiMAX products.

The device is 3 inches (length) by 1 inch (width) by 0.5 inch (depth).
