5. If I don’t use my entire download limit, can I carry it over?

Remaining download limits cannot be carried over once the validity period has expired.

6. What is the validity period of my voucher?

The BD5 & BD10 vouchers are valid for 30 days. The BD20 voucher will be valid for 60 days.

7. Can I rent the device?

Yes, you can always rent a device for a specified period of time. It will cost you BD5 per week in addition to a deposit value, refundable once you return the device

8. What happens when I finish my credit?

Your account will always be active with Menatelecom. You can start or stop using it at anytime without any activation or deactivation charges.

9. How can I top up?

Yes, you choose the name you want and we will give you 5 different coloured stickers with the name printed on them.
