At any of Menatelecom retail shops,
presenting your CPR, and choosing
a device.
3. I already have a WiMAX device that
is approved by
Menatelecom, can I use it?
Yes, you can.
How much do I have to pay?
Our prepaid internet cards come in
different denominations, BD 5, 10,
and 20 each one gives a different
download limit.
5. If I don’t use my entire download
limit, can I carry it over?
Remaining download limits cannot
be carried over once the validity
period has expired.
6. What is the validity period of my
voucher?
The BD5 & BD10 vouchers are valid
for 30 days. The BD20 voucher will
be valid for 60 days.
7. Can I rent the device?
Yes, you can always rent a device
for a specified period of time. It will
cost you BD5 per week in addition
to a deposit value, refundable once
you return the device
8. What happens when I finish my
credit?
Your account will always be
active with Menatelecom.
You can start or stop using it at
anytime without any activation or
deactivation charges.
9. How can I top up?
Yes, you choose the name you want and we will give you 5 different coloured stickers with the name printed on them.

- Using Prepaid Broadband Cards: BD5, BD10 or BD 20 cards can be
purchased from any
Menatelecom outlet.
- Online Top Up: Using Credit or
Debit cards from the Prepaid

- By Phone: Call 07770, the agent
will take the customer’s Credit
Card details and will SMS back
the PIN number.
