Important Notice

We're glad to announce Menatelcom has been merged into VIVA Bahrain. In line with these changes, we would like to inform you of the different changes you will be experiencing starting 1st June 2018.

Bills

  1. Each customer will be receiving a separate e-bill per individual line
  2. No more paper bills, all bill will be sent via email
  3. Upon issue of your bill, payment should be settled within 28 days to avoid service interruption.

New Bill Schedule

  • If you are an existing VIVA customer, your Menatelecom bills will be moved to the same bill schedule with the same due date
  • Issue date on 2nd will be moved to 1st with due date on 28th of the same month
  • Issue date on 10th will remain as 10th with due date on 7th of the next month
  • Issue date on 16th will be moved to 10th with due date on 7th of next month
  • Issue date on 21st will be moved to 20th with due date on 17th of next month
  • Issue date on 26th will be moved to 20th with due date on 17th of next month

Payment

  1. Payment is due 28 days from date of bill issue
  2. Payment can be made through existing Menatelcom channels
  3. Payments done through QuickPay and 07770: you should enter your Broadband or voice line number instead of your CPR or account ID
  4. Payments can be made at all VIVA shops https://www.viva.com.bh/support/store-locator.

Credit Limit

Credit limits will be re-assessed and revised according to VIVA credit limit policy.

Online Account Access

  1. Menatelecom login details will be deactivated effective: 1st June 2018
  2. Accounts to be re-registered using Broadband or voice line number instead of CPR or account ID by visiting https://www.viva.com.bh/user/register.
  3. Customers who have existing VIVA accounts can manage their Menatelecom account using same login details
  4. Get your Broadband line: Click here and follow the instructions to get your broadband line number. You can use your broadband line number to register your online account, make online payments, manage your account and carryout transactions across different channels such as Sadad and Autopay on VIVA’s self-care portal.

Stores

  1. Menatelecom stores will continue to operate at Gosi Mall, Isa Town Mall, Country Mall and Muharraq

Call Center Support

  1. When calling 07770 customers are required to enter their Broadband or voice line number instead of CPR or account ID, this also includes payments done through 07770.

Menatelecom Email Service:

We will no longer be offering Menatelecom email services from our end. Your Menatelecom email address will be terminated and out of service by 31st May 2018.
